Excellent restaurants, and groovy cafés, dozens of boutique stores offering fashion, jewellery, home décor and more. Plus, enough galleries to satisfy the most ardent art lover. You’re also an easy walk to the Museum for dinosaurs, captivating culture, and up-close encounters with war planes. Or bring your bike for trails through the woodland.

- No parties allowed.
- No smoking inside the property.
- Check in is between 3pm - 12am.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 10pm - 8am, neighbours are able to call a hot-line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
