Please note that the 3rd bedroom at this property is a converted garage space.Guests must arrive before 7 pm on the day of arrival so that they can be met and given the correct entry cards to the resort.There is poor mobile phone reception at this property due to the remote location.As the property has unfenced access to the golf course and lakes on the grounds, adults should closely supervise young children while outside.The heated pool is unavailable between Anzac weekend and Labour Weekend.As this property is situated in a gated community there are regulations in place including caravans and campervans are not allowed to be parked within the main gates of the community. There is a public parking area at the entrance if required.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
