Peaceful 2 Storey House close to beach | House in Whiritoa

This pretty 2 storey A frame house is situated on a large grassy section with pohutukawa trees. It has 2 bedrooms and an open mezzanine upstairs.
Recent renovations of a new bathroom, heatpump and new carpet and flooring bring all the comfort and convenience of home. There is no wifi though.
It is north facing, has a lovely deck and private garden setting and can sleeps up to 10 people.
NO DOGS ALLOWED THANKS. ONLY UP TO 2 CATS.
The house is on a safe cul-de-sac where the kids often use scooters or play tennis on the road. A short 150 metre (2 min) walk via accessway to the southern end of the beach, where you can walk to the blowhole and scenic clifftop trails. 10 min walk to the Surf Lifesaving club which patrols in peak holiday times.
15 minute walk along the main road or beach to the Whiritoa store where you can grab icecreams, coffee, amazing fish n chips, and all the necessities. The gorgeous estuary at the northern end is safe for the kids and there is a beautiful 20 min trail to Waimama Bay with rockpools to explore and fish off.
15 min drive to Whangamata where there are 2 golf courses, beautiful hiking trails at Wentworth Valley, fishing charters and shops. 20 min drive to Waihi township.
Bring your own linen. However if you require it, linen can be provided for a cleaning fee to wash/dry linen. Duvet inners, blankets, and pillows provided. BBQ, cot and high chair available for your use. As there is no cleaning fee, house to be left clean upon departure. Otherwise optional cleaning available from local reasonably priced cleaner.
Beds are: 1 queen downstairs, 1 queen & 1 single in upstairs bedroom, 1 queen, 1 king single & 2 singles in upstairs open area.
There is also a 2nd bach available to rent on this large section, which could be perfect for extended family or friends and can comfortably sleep 6. This can be rented separately or together. Please see 'Peaceful escape' listing #23765 for more information.
Please note that the other house may be rented at the same time as you but the living is on the other side so they are very separate.

No smoking inside the house. Up to 2 cats allowed. No dogs as the house isn’t fenced & other guests may be renting the other bach.

Rubbish and recycling can go into the large bins outside. The cleaner will put them out.
