Experience the tranquility of this sunny, spacious and secure two bedroomed unit surrounded by reserves, with the Utuhina Stream at your doorstep. The International Stadium, Netball Courts, Football Fields, Hockey Grounds and Cricket Grounds are all within a short stroll. A 15-minute bike ride, or 8-minute drive will lead you to Whakarewarewa Mountain Bike Park, with several of the beautiful lakes around Rotorua for swimming, boating, and fishing also only a short drive away.
Entire house/unit (one of two separated by secure garages) is in the quiet Hillcrest Suburb (end of a cul-de-sac), ideal for two couples. (As the unit is in a quiet residential area, there is a noise restriction. Unreasonable noise after 10pm is not acceptable).
A comfortable queen bed in each room, along with electric blankets (colder seasons) and double-glazing provides a peaceful and enjoyable living environment all year round. The lounge area, with a smart flatscreen TV and free Wi-Fi, overlooks a fenced rear garden and yard.
