Set in historic Devonport our new space is part of a 100+yr old north facing (sun) bungalow with garden. We have no on-site kitchen/cooking facilities.

A 15 min walk to the village and 20+ cafes, pubs & restaurants, 2 mins further to the ferry & Auckland CBD 12 mins later. A public golf course is 5 mins walk, 3 beaches 15 mins walk.

The quiet space has a queen bed & in a small adjoining room a king single bed. Your own entry, bathroom, tea, coffee maker, fridge, smart TV fast internet & heating.
The independent space has one main bedroom with queen bed, a second smaller bedroom (lockable from inside) with a king single bed.

An exclusive use, lockable bathroom off the main room.

While under the hosts home, exclusive entry is provided.

Cleaning fee is included in the night rate.

Fast internet, smart TV, 5g coverage, coffee machine, tea making and fridge are provided but not kitchen facilities. 20+ cafes are within 15 min walk as are 3 beaches.

Access is down the driveway and under a canopy, with a digital entry lock (access codes are provided prior to check in).

A patio into the garden is for your exclusive use. The house lawn/ garden is free to use.

Free parking both on the property and on the road is available. No steps, except for one 100mm at the entry door.

There is a comprehensive manual with contact details and space use descriptions. Also included are local / regional places to visit and local and regional businesses contacts.
Kathy and Graham live on-site and are available for advice, assistance etc but will not intrude.

Central water radiator based heating.

Filtered forced air circulation/ conditioning system. Fan also available.

Fibre based fast internet via WIFI. The area is in LTE / 5g coverage.
Smart TV with HDMI cable available.

Close walking to the Devonport shopping village (15 mins), supermarket (15 mins), Auckland CBD ferry 15 min walk (also Rangitoto Island and Waiheke Island pick-ups), public golf course (3 mins), squash courts (6 mins), public transport network (bus).
The hosts are able to meet you at the Devonport ferry terminal for transport to the property - please advise is required.

Flowers all year round.... native birds frequent garden including tuis, fantails, white eye, kingfisher as well as ring tail doves, white doves ... and the usual garden exotics.

Our garden encourages the monarch butterfly and all phases of their lifecycles can be seen during the spring/ summer months.
