In the rural part of Hamilton just off State Highway 1 is the beautiful Rose of Pencarrow it is a part of a large house. It offers a single room with your own exterior entry and the choice of either 2 long singles or 1 Super King sized bed with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. There is a friendly small dog and kitten on site that might come say hello. Rose of Pencarrow is only a 5 minute drive to Mystery Creek (Fieldays) and a 10 minute drive to Cambridge Avantidrome (Velodrome).

The pool is available for use during the summer time and shortly a spa pool by the end of April.

Please be aware, this is a homestay property and therefore needs 24hr booking in advance of your stay. We reserve the right to decline a booking if this timeframe is not honoured.

Summary: Amazing stay, great little room with easy access to the pool spa and gym, was really close to the karapiro race venue where we needed to be most days, and the host were very warm and accommodating. Highly recommend it.
