Positive: The location was perfect and good parking. Hosts were great advising us of an issue with the apartment before we arrived which didn't affect our stay too much however they weren't entirely up front.
Negative: The indoor pool is out permanently out of action and looks to have been like it since at least Oct/November according to other reviews. This should have been advised to us before our stay, as we booked months ago and the indoor pool was a big reason we chose this apartment. They need to remove this from the description and pictures of the property until it is available again. They also advised us of the broken window and small fire on balcony. I thought it had just happened over the new year period so understood it would be difficult to be fixed quickly, however I just read back on old reviews and it also happened in November so there has been plenty of time to have it fixed and replace the missing outdoor furniture. Or at the very least clean the smoke damaged balcony. They must be trying to save money but actually it is a health and safety hazard leaving the glass broken and relying on guests goodwill not to use the balcony sliding door.
