5 Bedroom House in Petone, Lower Hutt

A recently refurbished 3-bedroom house accompanied by a 2-bedroom sleepout, located less than a 2-minute walk from Petone Foreshore. The sleepout will be automatically available for groups of 6 or more guests (or upon request.)

The main house features three generously sized bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, and a newly constructed outdoor entertainment space. The sleepout comprises two bedrooms with ample space for relaxation. Both the house and sleepout have been meticulously furnished with new furniture, beds, and linen (Note: The sleepout does not include a separate bathroom).

Enjoy the sea breezes with your own covered outdoor deck that flows out from the lounge. Plenty of off-street parking and a fully fenced section. For security measures, there is a surveillance camera positioned outside the sleepout, monitoring the driveway and gate.

Other things to note:
Petone is a popular destination, with an amazing array of entertainment, shopping and dining options. In a prime location just off the beachfront, you have access to great walking and cycling tracks and the much-loved Petone Esplanade. And for the little ones, the Petone Foreshore playground is less than a 5 minute walk away.
