Clean tidy cosy bach close to boat ramp , lookout etc has own mooring to tie up to a 7mtr boat etc straight out front of bach own private beach etc just so relaxing an awesome can view the seals , fish an bird life from top deck etc seafood mussels n Kina , paua ,crayfish at door step straight off lower porch very scenic can watch the cruise ships n ferries cruise by amazing sunsets also

Summary: Was the perfect location. Being able to dive into the sea from the deck was amazing. House was as definitely more a Bach but mostly comfortable.
