On the upper level there is three well appointed bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen bed, the second bedroom and third bedrooms with queen beds. All comfortable for a good restful nights sleep after a busy day of exploring. A large modern bathroom with deep bath, shower and toilet and a charming office, sunroom with elevated views out to over the Fitzroy beach coastline. Covid-19 cancellation policy. For reservations made on or after 10th June 2022 our standard cancellation policies will apply. From this date we will no longer be offering credits or moving booking dates if guests cannot travel due to testing positive for COVID and self isolating.
Guest numbers can be adjusted up until the date of arrival.
PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
