This beautiful home has space for everyone! Located in Pinot Grove with use of the communal swimming pool (closed from Easter until Labour Weekend)
Open plan living with kitchen with a scullery with washing machine and dryer, dining and lounge equiped with a large smart TV, and leather lounge suit. The bedrooms are located at seperate wings of the house with the master bedroom with an ensuite, bedroom two and three situated at the other end of the house with the second bathroom with a bath.
A outdoor area is stunning which captures incredible sun, lots of outdoor furniture for entertaining and also two outdoor baths.
Master bedroom - King sized bed, bedside tables, ensuite with shower, toilet and basin.
Second bedroom - Queen sized bed with bedside tables and lamps and large wardrobe.
Third bedroom - Queen sized bed, 1 x bunk bed.

Just half an hour's drive from Martinborough is Lake Ferry, a sleepy beach village on the shores of Lake Onoke where it empties into rugged Palliser Bay.
