This two bedroom house is on a bush covered hillside in lovely seaside suburb of Plimmerton, about 30 minutes north of Wellington. It is 2 blocks from Karehana Bay beach, 20 minutes walk to Plimmerton village, shops and train station. Fully furnished. Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, hot water jug. Fireplace (firebox). Solar hot water heating and wetback.
Beautiful setting reached by a 'goat track' path or directly from street level via private cable car.
Available short term or longer from mid November now until February/March 2024.
Rate is NZ$150 for 2 adults, $30 per additional person.
House is 72m square on two levels. Comfortable for couple and/or couple with 1-2 children. Wheelchair access to ground floor with one King single bed in lower bedroom and fold-out futon couch in lounge. One Queen bed in upstairs bedroom.
Owners live in separate house behind Tree top house. There is a pottery studio below which interested guests can request to visit and see the potter working by arrangement.
