Summary: Great bach for families. Safe for children and great location. Kids loved the flat back garden and adults fully enjoyed table tennis and darts in the evening. Only 'negative' is the crockery and kitchen utensils need to be reassessed and quite a lot removed. Cupboards full of crockery etc left no room for guests food etc.
