The home comfortably sleeps a couple or small family, with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and that all-season covered deck for outdoor dining, reading, or simply listening to the birdsong.
2-minute walk to Point Wells General Store for coffee, groceries and takeaways. Matakana movies, food, shopping, and Saturday Farmers' Market only 6 mins drive.
