Positive: The apartment is in a very good central location with a very well stocked kitchen, friendly and responsive host. If your looking for a convenient spot for a short stay in Christchurch, this place is good, however if your looking for a space to properly rest and recharge then this may not be the best fit.
Negative: -There was rubbish including alcohol cans left in the bin from previous guests -Some areas need proper cleaning -There was no Wifi during our stay( apparently the whole building was affected) -There is no actual TV channels you can watch, the only option was to use a Chromecast Wich was impossible with no wifi.. -The bed itself is very comfortable however the pillows are extremely flat and thin (better off sleeping directly on the bed) -The blinds in the bedroom are ineffective with the 2cm gaps on each side of the blind allowing light in from the second the sun comes up
