Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Our apartment was located on the second floor. Although overall clean, it showed definite signs of a lot of wear and tear. Despite being small, the rooms provided adequate elbow room for a couple. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Location was definitely the highlight within 200 meters of the Sky City complex.
Negative: The apartment was noisy, did not have central heating, nor visible air conditioning, although space heaters are provided. With November temperatures hovering in the low fifties the space heaters came in handy. Not having A/C I definitely would not want to stay in this unit in the summer. The hallway carpet was very dirty and in close to 2 weeks there I did not see anyone cleaning.
Summary: Price/value ratio was good, but only due to the favorable U.S. dollar exchange.
