This property is truly a special hideaway situated on over 3/4 acre (3,400 sqm) above Palm Beach, the property offers a charming and private setting with views of the beach.
Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a stunning panorama of the gulf. A boardwalk from the ample parking area takes you through a lush landscape, which winds down to a lower plateau where the cottage is pleasantly situated, creating a delightful surprise . Note. There is a substantial access boardwalk of approx 33m elevation and approx 77 steps, not suitable for anyone but the fit to access the house, children will not enjoy the walk..

This property is a small private tucked away bach, it has 1 double bedroom upstairs and a double bed downstairs, which is NOT internal access and not suitable for children under 12, The bach has a TV cabin with reclining couch.. TV is accessible via internet streaming only. Total privacy , hence the House has no curtains, as they are not required. If you need to sleep in consider bringing a Eye mask, as only the master bedroom has blinds.
Access to the bach is for the reasonably fit, walking down a boardwalk which mianders down the hill to the surprise that the little house is. Privacy is high, and the walk down to the beach is also for the fit.
NOTE NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE NEEDING ACCESSIBILITY DEVICES SUCH AS WALKERS AND WHEELCHAIRS.
Best you have very limited luggage due to the walkway down.. Also if you have a bike, you will not want to take it down the hill to the house, so make sure you bring a lock to lock it at the top of the hill, there is no power at the top of the hill so a removable battery if an e-bike would be an advantage.
There is a quick access to the public walkway to little palm beach, This beach is known as the best nude beach in NZ, so if you like to swim naked, this is the place to stay. however it is reasonably steep, and through council reserve. Please wear firm treaded shoes for the walk, as it is quite steep.
