Homestay available for students seeking a quiet and homely environment in a 4 bedroom double storey house with 2 bathrooms. The house has different fruit trees including Kiwi fruit, organic garden for fresh organic vegetable, a glass house, a garden area full of flowering plants and fruit trees.
You will be living with a couple. The husband (from India) works as a CEO and the wife(from Poland) works as a lecturer in a famous Design school of Christchurch.
A chance to practice your english while you are at home.
3 vegetarian meals will be provided with occasional and optional Fish and chicken (once in a while).
There is a small dog and a small cat in the house along with 3 Gold Fish. The house gives a feel of a perfect holiday home and is surrounded in green vegetation.
Rent is $250
Covers:
1. Single room. (we also have a double room available, rent will differ for the double room)
2. Electricity

4. Local phone calls
5. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
We will also consider short term but prefer a minimum term of 3 months. Maximum term is available for one year.
