We have a warm tidy home in a beautiful area called St Heliers and regularly host foreign guests studying or working in Auckland city. We are fluent in English and Spanish. My four children are all away at universities so I'm an experienced caring mom.
Our house is a 2-minute walk to the bus which is 20-minute direct to Auckland city with stunning ocean views the whole way. Also a 7-minute walk to St Heliers beach and the food market.
We are from New Zealand and America with a tidy warm home, two sweet cats and a sunny backyard with a fireplace. Your room has a queen bed & linens, bedside table with lamp, a desk and chair, closet space and unlimited WIFI. Shared bathroom and separate toilet.
Currently we have Chilean 30-year-old women staying with us in another bedroom.
We are available from 2 September 2024 for stays of one month to one year.
We are happy to provide full privacy and independence, and also happy to provide more interaction and involvement. It's up to you and your preferred style.
