This newly redecorated home is close to everything you need while visiting Christchurch. It is conveniently located right on the edge of the CBD, 15/20 minutes walk to cathedral square and New Regent St, 30 minutes walk to Hagley park, 10 minutes drive to the hills and 12 minutes to New Brighton hot pools and beach. There are two highly recommended cafes and a local favorite pub within 10 minutes walk.
A lot of care has gone into making this home comfortable, warm and welcoming.
The space
The unit is the back one of two, with a private, fully fenced garden with a table and BBQ.
It has a fully functioning kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving dishes, blender, frying pan ect. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and dining table for four people. A Nespresso machine is also available.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has King Single bunk beds.
Entertainment provided includes Netflix, Disney plus and Prime. There is also an Xbox with a small variety of games.
To provide extra space for guests to relax, the studio has been converted to a second lounge with TV.
As a couple with a toddler ourselves, who know how difficult travelling can be. We have a small selection of toys for younger kids, and can supply a highchair on request, as well as black out blinds if required.
There is a parking space available for one car on the property, and street parking is free.

The unit is fully self-contained, however the front unit is owned by someone else, so the front yard and left-hand parking spaces are theirs

Summary: So amazing to go to a house that is so minimalistic and our 1.5year old can’t get into everything ! So we’ll set up and cozy , very warm and comfortable beds . Bunk room was amazing for our boys
