This home is the perfect set up for large groups or families visiting Queenstown. Ideal for entertaining with a large open plan living and kitchen area extending out to the garden. The home enjoys epic views over the famous Kimiākau (Shotover) river with two private bedroom balconies. Equipped with a log burner for those cold winter nights. Just under 5 minute drive to town and Coronet Peak access road.

The bottom level features a separate, renovated garage area with a double bed, pull out sofa & TV. We are happy to accomodate 11 people on request. The pull out sofa will be supplied with linen to make up. Kitchen, living area, laundry and one bathroom can be found on the bottom level of the main house.

The upstairs hallway overlooks the living area on a mezzanine. Hours of sun pours through the gallery style window with incredible views.

This space is a private home owned by long term locals, we expect all guests to treat it as their own and adhere to house rules. Strictly no parties, hen or stag dos. All guests must be over 25 years of age, photographic ID will be requested. This excludes teenagers or children coming along with families. We have the right to decline bookings if said conditions are not met.

We can supply a portacot/highchair for infants on request.

Kitchen and living area:

Our kitchen comes fully equipped to self cater throughout your stay. We provide basic amenities to get you started; oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning supplies.

The living area leads out to a patio and garden area. Plenty of room for kids to play.Equipped with a log burner to keep you toasty.

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms, one on the lower level and one on the top level. Towels, hand soap, body wash and toilet paper will be supplied.

Bedrooms:

Four queen beds upstairs in the main house, two with private balconies. The fifth queen bed and double pull out sofa can be found in the converted garage photographed. Please note the converted garage is completely separate from the main house so it may not be suitable for young children. Hotel standard linen and towels are provided. All beds are fitted with high quality mattresses.

Plenty of parking for 2 cars

Laundry:

The washing machine & dryer is located downstairs. Laundry powder is provided.

Surroundings:

On the outskirts of the quiet suburb of Arthurs point. Arthurs point is a locals favourite a reason; close to town, close to Coronet ski field, plenty of biking and hiking trails. Easy bus route and just over 5 minutes drive to town.

Guests will have access to the whole house except the garage area. It will be locked for owners personal goods.’

Quiet residential neighbourhood.

We do recommend a rental car to get the full Queenstown experience. There is a close by bus route. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk down the lane.

A pre auth charge (amount noted on check out) will be placed on your card 2 days before check out. This is a security bond which will be held and released automatically 5 days after check out if no damages occur.
All parties must be accompanied by an adult over 25. We reserve the right to vet guests & obtain photographic ID from all party members. The number of guests cannot exceed the amount on booking. The lead guest on reservation must be present.

Check-in time is after 3pm unless otherwise agreed.

Check-out time is strictly 10am. Please leave the house in an organised state. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees for unarranged late check out or properties left in a poor state.

Any damage, noise complaints, lost keys or issues caused by the guests that require our time will be charged to the guest at a rate of $60 p/h + GST. Including any call outs that result in wasted time.

No smoking is allowed on any of our premises. A minimum fee of NZD 200 will be charged for the fumigation of the property if evidence of smoking indoors.

Pets are not allowed in any of our properties unless stated in the listing.

Excessive noise outdoors is not permitted between the hours of 10pm - 7am.
Any complaints for excessive noise will incur a minimum call out fee of NZD 100. Parties or gatherings are not permitted on our premises.

We expect our guests to vacate the property in an orderly manner. No furniture should be rearranged, nothing removed from the property, all rubbish should be placed in the appropriate bins & keys left back in the lockbox.

All property on the premises is owned by Bees & the property owner. All linen is hired by a 3rd party. Linen will be counted on exit and any missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest.

Bees have the right to evict guests at any point if they do not adhere to house rules. Any evidence of illegal activity will be dealt with by the Police. Fees for management time & inconvenience will be charged. No refunds will be given.

As our guest, it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your party and any personal belongings. All doors and windows must be locked when exiting the premises. We do not accept any liability for theft or damage on site.
Bees will not be held liable for any injuries, loss or claims during your stay. It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure the health & safety of any children/party members.
