Entire apartment. Deck in front of the living room is shared with neigbours and separated by a barrier. There are 2 sets of stairs in the apartment. The apartment is located on a steep hill. It is a quick downhill walk to the city and a steep walk back. (Queenstown is located in the mountains) The one carpark is located in front of the apartment and is not suited to oversized vehicles or campervans. During the winter months, the street can very occasionally get icy. I recommend a 4 wheel drive in winter. 2 wheel drive car access may be affected occasionally during or after rare winter storms or freezing cold snaps.
