Kina Cottage is a peaceful holiday bach (traditional New Zealand holiday home) made up of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in a seaside location just 50m from Kina Beach!
Situated between the Abel Tasman National Park and Nelson City the cottage is also handy to Mapua-Ruby Bay and the Mapua Wharf restaurants, Moutere wineries & Motueka township.
It is just a short walk from the beach & a short drive from the golf course & two wonderful cafes - Jester House & The Tasman Store.
The cottage has always been a quiet, delightful home to holiday at with the reserve & the beach nearby, a safe beach to play/swim at, a great golf course nearby & 2 great cafes just a short drive away.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- The cottage is on rain-fed tank water. While tanks are sufficient for Summer use, careful use & minimisation of wastage is essential.
