We live at the residence with our two indoor cats. The downstairs area is for our guests. There is one room in this area, which is our office.

Our home has off-road parking and is a 5-minute drive from town in a quiet part of Tokoroa. It is fully double-glazed, giving you a peaceful night's rest.

We offer two good-sized bedrooms with a port-a-cot available if required. Bedroom one has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed that can be split into two singles. There is a large lounge area, kitchen/ laundry, large bathroom and separate toilet.
The kitchen/laundry area has a washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, jug, electric frying pan, dish-draw dishwasher, fridge freezer, hot plates for cooking, cookware, utensils cutlery, crockery and utensils.

We have continuous flow gas hot water.

Tokoroa has a very good mountain bike park if you are up to the challenge. It is close to many major centres and tourist attractions including a 45 minute drive to Hobbiton.
Approximate drive times to larger towns and cities include:
Hamilton -70 minutes
Rotorua 50 minutes
Taupo 50 minutes
Tauranga 75minutes.
It is also centrally located for the various Waikato River trails.

Summary: We were on a quick stop overnight so didn’t stay for a look around. The apartment is lovely, very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a stay. Sharon & Stephen were very welcoming.
