Positive: Lovely place with great character. Clean, comfortable, and extremely well located right next to the beach. Books and toys were left for my toddler which was really nice. The service from Quinovic was great in this instance. A really great place to stay in Auckland - highly recommend.

Negative: The place is managed by Quinovic, who I've had a bad experience with in the past. They put a $800 hold on your card as a deposit and require a copy of your ID. This is not something I have ever had with an Airbnb or hotel - and it's not something I'd do again.
