Summary: Check in was effortless. Our room was disappointing as the layout meant that our ‘view’ was predominantly the building itself rather than the mountains, unless standing in one corner. Aircon was noisy and by bedtime we decided to ask for a quieter room. Absolutely the best outcome - reception acted promptly and moved us across the hall. We had a restful night and started our road trip home refreshed.
