The perfect place to unwind and your home away from home....Located just minutes from the lake edge, backing onto reserve, perfect for swimming, fly fishing the Tauranga-Taupo, leisurely strolls along the waters edge, A base to explore our Region or just a great spot to sit back and unwind on the large deck with a book, or a glass of wine or simply just sit, taking in the Tui's, listening to the bellbirds, watching Pukeko and Quail and if you are lucky, you may even see a Rabbit or two. When the weather turns cold, simply just stay in and relax in the cosy sunroom or by the roaring fire.
No roads to cross for lake access, just a short walk out back. 3 Boat ramps close by, Mission Point,Oruatua and Motuopa to launch your Big Boys toys and plenty of parking too. Cafe and Local store just a 3min walk away for essentials and a coffee. Turangi town centre, Supermarket, Restaurants and cafes just a 10min drive away. Tongariro National Park and Whakapapa Ski field within easy driving distance too. A 25min drive takes you to Taupo and more adventures await.
