7 Bedroom House in Koitiata
Looking for a quiet place where you can rest and relax and sleeps up to 18 people. Like to feel the sea breeze on your face and have only a few minutes’ walk to the beach? Come and stay in this quirky retro environment, 20 mins south of Whanganui and 45 mins North West of Palmerston North.
RedBach Retreat is nestled amongst unique landscaped gardens, the main building containing the communal kitchen and lounge, and a double bedroom. Together with the 6 individual cabins adjoining, there is sleeping accommodation for up to 18 people. All beds have memory foam topper pads, pillows, and quilts. We now have two kitchens and there are two bathrooms and two showers.
Linen and towels are provided. High chair and one porta cot are available on request at no charge. There are numerous outdoor dining and seating areas and a gas BBQ and gas is supplied. There is a cosy warm log fire in the lounge with fire guard for those wintery nights and a fire in the large kitchen area also. All cabins have their own electric heaters and electric blankets.
There is plenty of parking within the property for vehicles. Provision of locked facilities to keep beach toys safe is available on request.
We will allow dogs if agreed on before a booking is made. Stock up on groceries before you come from Whanganui, Marton or Palmerston North as there are no shops in the village of Koitiata. Turakina Service Station is 8 km out on the main road with petrol, diesel, and limited groceries.
