This is not a basement flat with shared facilities or on site owners. Cosy up around the unique wood burning fire as you enjoy vessels and car ferries passing by. The bedroom has a heat pump / AC. Modern fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar or BBQ on the Weber. Nespresso machine and fast fibre WiFi. The large separate bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and smart TV. Russell township, boat trips, restaurants and beaches are only 6 minutes away with Omata Estate winery around the corner. Passenger over to Opua on the car ferry to the local yacht clubs and cafe or drive into Paihia. There is also a coastal walk into Russell or from Opua to Paihia, one of many in the area. A cycle trail exists with optional hire bikes from Opua to Kawakawa.
