The Bach has everything you need for a holiday away from home. Newly built in 2024.
Close to the beach, yellow dairy, fish and chip shop. The Surf shack cafe is the locals favorite and is only a few minutes walk away.
The beach is 800m walk or Anzac bay is a short drive. Waihi beach has plenty of walks and not fair from Athenree, Katikati or Tauranga.
The property has three bedrooms
Main bedroom has queen bed with double wardrobe and ensuite.
Second bedroom has queen bed with double wardrobe.
Third bedroom has two single beds with double wardrobe.
Main bathroom has a big bath, shower and toilet.

The house is open plan living and extends out onto a large deck to soak up the sun and watch the odd plane landing or taking off on the local air strip.
You may use the beach umbrella and kids scooters.
Plenty of parking for cars/boats, the street is a safe, quiet street for kids. Bowentown harbour is a great fishing spot you can use the boat ramp for $2 a time. Or use beach access for your boat at Anzac Bay or Tanners point.
