The home has great indoor-outdoor flow and a fully-fenced yard, ideal for families. The deck features a Weber BBQ, outdoor dining, comfy couches, and an outdoor fire for cozy evenings under the stars. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach.
Inside, the house has five bedrooms, plus the internal garage/bunk-room which is set up as a fun second living & sleeping space with couches, a TV, and a fold-up table tennis table. The two loft bedrooms have high ceilings and skylights that let in natural light (note: no blinds, so mornings are bright). The home also has two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests.
Books and board games are provided for relaxed days indoors, while the beach, Williamson Park, and town-centre are all within easy walking distance.
