The Space
A two-bedroom home on a single level (external stairs) in the heart of Queenstown, walking distance from the lakefront. The living areas look out to views from one balcony of the lake and mountains. Obstructed by neighbouring properties.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms. Please let us know your desired configuration when booking.
Bathrooms: One full bathroom with standing shower as well as one half bathroom.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, smart TV, and balcony access.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with integrated refrigerator, beverage fridge, induction cooktop, rangehood and, microwave.
Balcony: The apartment has two balconies. The master bedroom balcony includes a private spa. The second balcony includes a table and two chairs.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathroom, and balcony.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: There are 17 external stairs leading to the apartment entrance. There are no internal stairs
Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (180L) with a set amount, so we recommend to space out longer showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.
At least one guest must be over the age of 22
No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter
This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
