Welcome to our piece of paradise. Situated in a family friendly cul de sac and only minutes walk to the beautiful white sands of Whangapoua beach. The perfect location to create those summer holiday family memories.
This modern 3 bedroom beach house has great indoor/outdoor living and all the modern conveniences. It has a large internal access double garage currently used as a games room for the kids, complete with ping pong table, dart board and basketball hoop. The garage also has an extra height garage door so you can park your boat inside if you wish. Our bach features a huge covered deck with uninterrupted rural views, for those summer BBQs and entertaining.
Excellent fishing/diving grounds with easy boatramp 2-3 minutes drive from bach. Very close to the Whangapoua store (groceries, general supplies / petrol), tennis courts, playground and Whangapoua Beach. The Whangapoua Estuary and Harbour are perfect for those who wish to swim, canoe or water ski in crystal clear water, and the estuary is ideal for families with young children away from the surf.
Special conditions:
Smoking outside only. Min 2 night’s stay, longer at peak period - xmas and new year (please enquire). Deposit required to confirm bookings. Confirmed bookings from the 20th Dec, until end Jan require 6 wks cancellation prior to the 20th Dec, or all deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled bookings are replaced in full. All other times require 4 wks cancellation notice. Full details available by email enquiry.
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$100 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Summary: We loved our stay! It was the perfect family home, with toys for the kids, a games room, board games, and a lovely outside space. It would be perfect in summer or winter. We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach too! We had such a wonderful stay we can’t wait to book again to stay.
