Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire downstairs accommodation, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas.
Outside, guests can enjoy the spacious front lawn and ample off-street parking, with plenty of room for vehicles and extra holiday gear.
Guests are also welcome to enjoy the nearby shared playground and tennis court.
For a relaxed and convenient arrival, self check-in is available via a secure lockbox, allowing guests to arrive and settle in at their own pace. Check-in instructions and lockbox details will be provided prior to arrival.
Please note that the upstairs area of the property is private, unoccupied and locked during guest stays. It is not included in the booking.
The downstairs accommodation is fully self-contained, offering guests a comfortable and private space to enjoy throughout their stay.

For a fun day out, explore Huka Prawn Park near Taupō, a unique family attraction offering prawn fishing and other activities. While you’re in the area, don’t miss the spectacular Huka Falls, where you can watch the powerful Waikato River rush through a narrow gorge.
Other nearby attractions include Tokaanu Thermal Pools, Lake Rotopounamu, rafting adventures and the beautiful surrounding landscapes.
Winter adventures
During the colder months, Mt Ruapehu is a popular destination for skiing, snowboarding and exploring the beautiful alpine scenery. Our accommodation makes a cozy base to return to after a day on the mountain.

Our accommodation is situated on the ground floor of a larger holiday home. The upstairs area remains unoccupied, locked and unavailable to guests.
The property sleeps a maximum of six guests, with two guests accommodated on the fold-out sofa bed in the shared living area.
Travel times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather and road conditions, particularly during winter. We recommend checking attraction opening hours and availability before travelling.
