Positive: The room was a great size, complete with everything we needed. I appreciated that there was security checking the floors throughout the night as Avondale has some interesting characters and it is opposite a train stop.

Negative: The on-site dryer was $6 for a cycle and my clothing wasn't dry by the end of the cycle, I didn't have many items so the dryer facility isn't great. I ended up paying extra to go to a laundromat which had a larger dryer and cost a fraction of the price ($2) and dried my clothes completely. The only other thing that would have been helpful would have been a hand towel rail in the toilet (which was separate to the bathroom). Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, it had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy.
