Downstairs you have a fantastic entertaining lounge/bar (perfect escape for teenagers or adults alike) and upstairs is the hub of the home with an open plan kitchen that has been stylishly remodelled.
The dining and lounge flow out to an attractive entertaining area complete with a large inground pool. The fully fenced back yard provides a spacious safe place for children to play.

Summary: Awesome base to head out to do all the things Rotorua has to offer, Heated pool was great to keep the kids entertained (quite deep - so recommend life jacket or float armbands for the littles or not so good swimmers) lovely home in a nice quiet area
