Featuring two comfortable queen-sized beds and a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard with outdoor furniture to enjoy the North facing sunny courtyard. The large sofa in the open plan Living and Dining area. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests - linen charge is extra for the sofa bed. Upstairs (1st floor) you will find both bedrooms with spacious Queen Beds and hotel quality linen and a Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet with heated toilet seat, heated towel rail and vanity. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. A dining table has 4 seats to enjoy meals together, plus outdoor furniture to enjoy in the summer months and listen to the beach. Carebnb provides a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords. We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own. Upper floors are accessible via stairs only. There is no allocated parking with this property - there is only street parking available.
