This three-bedroom, one-bathroom holiday home sets you up for idyllic warm summer nights dining alfresco with the whole gang! Sandy Feet Retreat awaits!
You'll love coming home to your happy place when it's drenched by the golden glow of the sun every day. Stay cosy and warm on those colder nights with the energy-efficient heat pump keeping you and the family at the perfect temperature year-round.
You'll feel immediately welcomed in this light, comfortable and homely accommodation. Make use of the front deck hosting a lovely indoor-outdoor flow from the living space. Fire up the BBQ for a delicious feast off the grill, complemented by a well-equipped kitchen for whipping up your side dishes.
After a long day of exploring enjoy a refreshing night’s sleep in the main dwelling which has three bedrooms. There is one additional pod, externally accessed outside of the main house that is available for larger groups but only upon special request and there will be additional charges. The pod contains a double bed and toilet plus basin.
Other amenities include a washing machine and all-important off-street parking. With boat parking over 7m available you can set out on a day trip and drive two minutes to the Purangi Regional Reserve boat ramp for a splendid day out on the water. When you come back with your fresh catch, make use of the handy filleting bench. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water so you can wash off in comfort after a long day at the beach.

Summary: This place was a good place to stay for our extended family. Although the kitchen is small the outdoor space is good and made managing meals easy. we did find there was a lack of storage space and the pantry was very full - not sure if this was left by others or the owners but we ahd rearrange things to crate space both in kitchen and bedrooms. It is well located though close to shops and the river.
