It offers 4 double rooms (1 ensuite), a bunk room sleeping 5, optional Japanese tatami room, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 lounges, multiple decks, plus 2 separate cabins.
The 4 main rooms are spacious with wardrobes.
Two rooms upstairs have a private balcony with ocean views.
A third room downstairs has a private patio area and forest views.
The spacious kitchen has a butlers pantry with second fridge, and all fundamental cooking and dining essentials are provided.
One of the outdoor patio areas has a BBQ.
The first cabin includes one self contained forest cabin had an ensuite, plus with outdoor shower and kitchen, private balcony.
The second cabin can sleep up to 4, and has a lounge area plus ensuite with shower.
The water supply is sourced from a private fresh spring, and power created with solar panels.
Heating and cooking is via gas.
We have a private river with a waterfall, and swimming hole for refreshing cold plunges.
The property can accommodate up to 20 guests in total.
Above 10 people price is $50 per extra person unless it is a retreat booking.
Couples or smaller groups are able to book individual rooms at an independent room rate.

-We have multipass flight prices available for guests if a large group at $400 return with Barrier air from Auckland Domestic terminal.
-Airport pickup and drop available for $40 each way. We are 20 minutes from the airport.
-Highly recommend booking a rental vehicle to independently explore our beautiful island.
Retreats

For private retreats, workshops, or wellness gatherings, we recommend hosting around 11 participants plus up to 3 facilitators to ensure a spacious and relaxed atmosphere.
The property can accommodate up to 20 guests.
-Groups are welcomed with a traditional Japanese tea and an orientation to the space.
-Yoga mats and selected props can be provided for yoga retreats.
-Airport pickup and island transport can be arranged in advance
-Full catering (three nourishing meals daily) can be provided with ample prior notice.
-Optional on-site masseuse can be arranged.
- Transport around the island for sightseeing can be arranged prior with drivers provided if needed.
I am a yin yoga and meditation teacher, holistic health coach and medical doctor , and can offer facilitation support or evening yoga/meditation sessions.
