The Master bedroom offers exceptional views and space with a Queen Bed and the adjoining sunroom futon sofa can be configured as a double futon bed by request.
Bedroom 2 offers a double bed in a cooler more private part of the home.
The views here are enchanting with the sea framed perfectly by the lush foliage of the valley below.
The location is handy to waterfront restaurants - accessed via the garden and street below or directly down Albert Road and the Fifeshire Road walkway. The City Centre is a 3-4min drive, as is Nelson's Tahunanui Beach!
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- Hazards for children - There are some retaining walls over 1m in height & stairs for access that may present a hazard to small children. Infants are welcome as are older children. Please use the Ask us a Question link if you have any questions.
