Only 50 Steps to the beautiful ocean beach (Access 17), and a hop and skip to the estuary waters.
Our 3 bedroom beach house (2 bedrooms + sleep-out) has old style charm and lovely sea peeps off the front deck.
It is well equipped and comfortable with New Kitchen (with all new appliances), Dishwasher, Heat Pump, Two New Fridge Freezers and New Thermal Blinds.
Large front verge for visitor parking.
The Estuary Store is just a short stroll away for those summer ice creams or fish and chips.
The Estuary store have barista coffee as well as bike, kayak, paddle boards and fishing gear to hire.
1.3 kms to the surf club.
It has a north facing deck, which is partly covered and enjoys peep views of the ocean, while the southern deck captures the afternoon sun for those cocktails.
There is a separate shower room and separate toilet.
New vanity and washing machine share there own room.
Outside has a cold water shower for rinsing off after all those swims.
Please note there is no WIFI.
Please note property is not fenced.

Bed 2 = Single with trundle underneath (pull out)
Sleep out = Double bunk with single on top + separate single

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to leave house in a neat, tidy condition, ensure dishes are washed before you leave.
