This homely bach is also perfect for any guests that require disabled access and offers wheelchair friendly facilities, including an internal stair chair-lift to the top floor.
Bring your boat (there's plenty of room to it park off-street) so you can spend the day out on the water and then come home and make use of the fish filleting station.
Leave the car at home, pack the sunscreen and beach towel and take the easy 150m flat walk straight down onto the beach, reserve, fitness area and walking track. When everyone gets home from the beach, they'll love being able to easily rinse off any sand and seawater under the outdoor shower.
Whitianga town centre is 5-minutes drive away for supplies or an ice-cream. Or catch the ferry over to Ferry Landing and hike up Shakespeare Cliff among the pohutukawa groves for stunning views across the Coromandel.
