Coastal relaxed 70sqm 2 bedroom tidy bottom floor unit with off street parking. Ocean view with small reserve directly opposite. 15 minutes to both the airport and central city. Amenities a short 5 minute drive. Red Rocks Coastal Walk begins at the end of the road. Perfect for short stays. Small pets welcome by arrangement.

The apartment is the full downstairs of the property, with private entrance and full kitchen facilities. The Super King bed in the master bedroom can be separated into two King Single beds if required. The second bedroom is a small room with a double bed only. Please note the nightly rate is for 2 people. Any extra people will be charged an additional $20 per person per night. There is a maximum of four people at this location.

There is plenty to explore locally in Owhiro Bay; a marine reserve across the road, even a visitor centre & coffee cart a short walk away at the end of the road. The small grass reserve across the road also provides a great space for the kids and pets to have a stretch and explore the local rockpools.

For those café lovers, a 1km walk (15 mins) towards Island Bay will suffice. Great water views and all day brunch Wednesday-Sunday.
