There is a beach at the boundary, only 20 meters away via our rambling path in a native bush setting. 140 steps down to the beach.
We have limited spots for our guests to join us for a dinner party and garden tour for $28 each! Choose vegetarian, chicken, or beef dinners. Message to check availability and menu options.
The space
Relax in this fully self-contained, three-room apartment featuring a spacious bedroom, a private bathroom, and a comfortable living area. Inside, the living room includes a convenient kitchenette for food prep, along with a sleeping nook that can be screened off if you prefer.
Step out onto the covered patio to enjoy your private outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with a gas BBQ, electric hob, pots, pans, and all necessary cooking utensils. The apartment also features its own dedicated hot water cylinder.
We are harbourside in a semi-rural, subtropical, garden and forest setting.
Guest access
Enjoy the exclusive use of Salt Haven's apartment, including the patio and outdoor kitchen. The orchard at your doorstep and the path to the beach are also at your disposal. However, the upper garden and main house are by invitation only. The onsite parking and driveway link to the apartment with good lighting and level access. Feel free to come and go at any time, but please be mindful of noise levels at night.

The onsite parking links to the suite with good lighting and level access. Feel free to come and go anytime but be mindful of noise at night.

ALL COOKING IN THE OUTDOOR KITCHEN
The beach is an unpatrolled public beach. Reef shoes are recommended. The best swimming is within 2 hrs of high tide.
Good shore fishing.
No daily maid service. Linen change and cleaning by negotiation.
A starter pantry including hot drinks, cooking oil, seasoning, and snacks is included with each stay.
