You can't get much closer to the beach than this!
Seaview Escape is the ultimate beachfront holiday spot, and has arguably one of the best views in Whangamata.
Sit on the large covered deck in the mornings and watch the sun rise across the water. In the evenings, fire up the BBQ and enjoy the most stunning sunset.
The location truly is unbeatable - you're only 1.5km to town centre.
The living and dining area are the focal point of the home, and have been positioned to capture the grand sea-view. These areas of the home have been recently renovated.
There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have a classic "retro-bach" feel, while the bathrooms have both been updated from the original to give a more more modern touch.
At the back of the house, you'll find plenty of space for a game of cricket, ample parking for your vehicles, and enough room for a large boat. Please note that there is no garage.
*We allow children of all ages, but please note - the property is not fenced.*

Summary: We weren’t sure what to expect when we first arrived at Seaview Beachfront, however, we absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean and comfortable and the lounge area was light and spacious. The view from the house was spectacular with direct beach access which was an absolute treat. Although we were right on the beach, the dunes provided privacy. We loved our stay and were sad to leave.
