Positive: Last minute booking to be close to family, and they allowed an early check-in.
Negative: Don't let the positive reviews fool you! There's no way this should have an 8+ rating. The place has obviously had a major leak/water issue at some stage. The rooms had a musty smell and the bathroom door was swollen to the extent it didn't close properly. This accommodation is seriously out-dated, unclean, and not worth the price, even at a discounted rate. Having stayed in numerous places all over NZ, this is one of the worst. I wish I had taken photos, but we left in the middle of the night because it was just grotty.
