100m to the beach & boat ramp, together with safe estuary swimming and water sports (i.e. swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, water-skiing & fishing). Very central location, with a drive less than 2 hours from Auckland, Rotorua or Hamilton. Well located for exploring the Coromandel, Cathedral Cove, Hahei, Hot Water Beach and Whangamata. Hike the Coromandel Ranges or catch a ferry to Tairua. Pauanui has a myriad of safe walkways, as well as off-road cycling/walking and exploring. Cafes, supermarket, liquor store, bakery, petrol station + others, together with public tennis courts, as well as putt-putt and a skate park for the kids.

Summary: This property is well set up with amenities. Had most things available, great Weber bbq. The view and grass area is great for families as well as the lovely deck to sit on and enjoy the view. Would stay again.
