The Space:
With 2 spacious bedrooms, one of which has all the gear for a baby as well, & a nursing/reading chair, this is the perfect spot for a young family to stay when visiting Tauranga.
A nice flat lawn for outdoor play, beanbags, board games, books, this is a serene holiday without a blaring TV. *We have a projector available for hire if you would like a movie night.
Designed for Serene Living, connecting with each other and living a simple life, this holiday home is just what the doctor ordered.
In Pillans Point School zone, Otumoetai, it is a great spot for families renovating, or relocating to the area, while they find or await their permanent home. Up to 3 months bookings with appropriate discounts, we accommodate almost any situation.
Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy the entire home (except for the garage area, which we use for storage).
Note that on occasion we may need to access our garage storage during your stay, however we will communicate about a suitable time for this to allow you privacy.
Other Things to Note:
Let us know if you would like to stay for up to 3 months for a relocation to Tauranga. We are happy to arrange this for you.
The home is located in Pillans Point, Otumoetai, which is a great Primary School, & the area is nice & close to the CBD & motorway access in any direction.
We also know local real estate agents & may be of help if you are looking for a permanent home.
