Reviewer Type: Couple

Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: location and restaurant

Negative: The room was very loud, thin walls, the heat control didnt work well so it was too warm, staff were often rude or simply not interested in solutions when presented with an issue, while I feel that the recycling approach to the renovation is unique I also feel that when you host a michelin rated restaurant on your premises a certain level of treatment is expected. That was not our experience at all we felt like we were staying in a roadside motel. Also if you arent going to renovate the bathrooms please make sure that you stand by this decision and share with your guests what to expect. I found the lack of photos slightly dishonest.

Summary: underwhelming
