Shotover Gold Bnb is always warm at 23 degrees throughout with underfloor heating. No sharing of anything, the space is separated and is all yours and we respect your privacy. No traffic noise. Easy, flat access from road. Super comfy bed/s. Tea/coffee/toast/cereal making provided - small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, dining table and chairs and large outdoor dining table/chairs setting.
You have your own main entrance. One bedroom with a huge Sleepyhead Chiropractic California King bed which can be split into x2 king single beds for single people travelling together. x2 double wardrobes. Lounge room with comfy sofa bed (if required - pulls out into a Queen bed, fresh bedding provided), tv, dining table and chairs, fridge, tea/coffee/toast making facility, microwave. Auto night sensor lights in hallway if you need to get up in the night. Master bathroom is all yours too....large bath, large shower, toilet, double vanity. Easy flat access with parking in driveway or on street (street is safe and quiet).
Beds are all ready for you with fresh bedding and towels, hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Portacot, toys, highchair. We don't have any pets. No smoking inside. Patio area with 8 seater outdoor table and chairs.
Shotover river walking track is a minutes walk from front door. There is a park for children 5-10 minutes flat walk away.
